Kimbell has white cells!  This is great news 🙂  She has a white count of .5 and an ANC of 300!!  Kimbell is still in a lot of pain but her mouth is healing from the mucositis so that is good news.  Unfortunately this process takes a while as you need neutrophils to start healing.  From this point the counts can continue to go up and down but hey there are there  and we are moving in the right direction!  The nausea and puking are back 🙁 so she still isn’t eating and sleeps a lot.

Yesterday we had to say bye to our dear friends, which was so difficult.  Many tears were shed. 🙁  It has been so nice to have someone from home and for Kimbell to see her best friend with her to chill, watch movies, take naps and have girl time.  Thank you guys so much for spending so much time with us.

A couple of days ago Kimbell received an Eiffel Tower with Paris written on it.  She loves it!!!  Thank you so much whomever you are, I wish we could thank you personally but there wasn’t a note to say who sent it. 🙁  It is amazing that despite this horrible process how she lights up and is wide awake to open mail and packages 🙂  We get big smiles and then she falls back asleep.  These moments are priceless.
